  • AT WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?
    Check-in starts at 2 pm. If you arrive before that time, you can already register and start using all our services such as all-inclusive options, the car park, and have lunch. We will attempt to hand over the room as soon as possible and will notify you when it is ready.  
  • AT WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
    We kindly ask our guests to vacate their rooms no later than 10 am. To avoid queues or delays, we recommend that guests pay their bill the evening before or throughout their stay. It is possible to request a late check out subject to availability at the reception desk with an additional cost.
  • IS LUNCH INCLUDED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE?
    The lunch buffet is open until 2 pm. Lunch is either included on the day of arrival or departure, whichever you prefer. If you do not use the lunch on the day of arrival you can recuperate it on the day of departure or replace it with a pocket lunch (by notifying the reception the day before). Any meals not taken in the hotel are not deductible from the price of the board.
  • ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
    We cannot guarantee that our products will not be tainted because we do not have a kitchen designed to deal with serious food intolerances or allergies (e.g. celiac disease). For your own protection, we ask you to contact us so that we can evaluate together what the best solution for everyone involved may be.
  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING ALONG FOR THE CHILDREN?
    The real question is, what not to bring? Feel free to travel light because in our hotel you will find high chairs, safety rails, pushchairs, night-lights, bathtubs, camp beds, bicycle seats for children, disposable bibs and plastic dishes, bottle warmers and toilet seat reducers.
  • THE VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING REQUEST 
    Each reservation is considered valid if it is accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay (or the entire balance for some promotions), which must be sent within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation.
  • CANCELLATION
    In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the entire amount paid for the stay will be refunded.
    If you have already paid the balance and cancel your holiday within 30 days from your expected arrival at the property, your deposit will be retained or frozen according to the Color Holiday Guarantee below, and the excess balance will be returned to you.
    Color Holiday Guarantee: Free insurance so you will not lose even one Euro In case of cancellation up to 7 days before your expected arrival at the property, you can choose to freeze your deposit and use it for another stay in one of the Color Holiday Hotels and Villages during the ongoing summer season.
    In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained.
  • EARLY DEPARTURE 
    In the event of an early departure, the guest is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. For non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.
  • HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR? 
    Payments can be made directly at the hotel with cash, debit card, cheque and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
  • WHAT IS THE COLOR CARD FOR? 
    With our Color Card, you can accumulate points on every holiday to earn rewards, discounts and free days.
  • CAN I BRING MY 4-LEGGED FRIEND ALONG ON HOLIDAY?
    Your furry friends are welcome! We accept small pets (max 10 kg), and will add a small supplement to the holiday for sanitising the room at the end of the stay. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and in the pool area.
