WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK IN ?

Check-in time is from 13.00. If you arrive before that time you can already register and start to take advantage of all our services such as all inclusive, parking, lunch and also check the possibility of delivering the room as soon as possible and we will notify you when it is ready


WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK OUT NOW?

We kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms by 10:00. To avoid queues or waits, we advise guests to settle the bill the evening before or during the stay. Late check out can be requested upon availability at the reception at an additional cost.

THE LUNCH IS INCLUDED THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE?

The lunch buffet is open until 14:00. Lunch is included on the day of arrival or departure, at your choice. In case you do not use the lunch on the day of arrival you can retrieve it on the day of departure or replaced by a packet lunch (by informing the reception the day before); meals not consumed at the hotel are not deductible from the price of the pension.

ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND PARTICULAR FOOD NEEDS

We can not guarantee the uncontamination of the products as we do not have kitchens dedicated to managing serious intolerances or allergies (eg celiac disease), so in order to protect you we ask you to contact us in order to analyze together the best solution for both

 WHAT SHOULD WE BRING FOR CHILDREN?

The real question is: what should we not bring? Travel light because in the Hotel you will find high chairs, safety rails, strollers, night lights, bath tubs, camping beds, bicycle seats, disposable bibs and plastic crockery, bottle warmers and toilet reducers

VALIDITY OF BOOKING

Each reservation will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay (or of the balance in some promotions), to be sent within 7 days of receipt of confirmation

CANCELLATIONS

In case of cancellation, within 30 days of arrival at the hotel, the full amount paid for the stay will be refunded. In case of cancellation close to the date of arrival you can move the stay (subject to availability and varying the price if necessary) or we could freeze the deposit for your next holiday to give you the opportunity not to lose your money

EARLY DEPARTURE

In case of early departure the customer is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. In the case of packages and non-refundable rates the full amount will be withheld.

HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID?

Payment directly at the hotel by cash, Pago Bancomat, Check and Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)

With our Color Card you can accumulate points for each holiday to get prizes, discounts and days Free

CAN I BRING MY PET ON HOLIDAY?

Your furry friends are welcome! We accept small pets (max 15 kg), we will add a small supplement to the holiday for the sanitation of the room at the end of the stay. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or in the swimming pool
