Check-in and room assignment are guaranteed starting at 2:00 PM.
If you arrive earlier, you can still enjoy all the services included in the Premium All-Inclusive Package, such as parking and lunch.
We will do our best to get your room ready as soon as possible and will let you know as soon as it is ready.
If you arrive after lunch, you can make up for it on the day of departure by requesting a packed lunch the night before.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Please vacate your room by that time; our services conclude with breakfast.

Color King Marte is 5 km from the Lido di Savio/Lido di Classe station. The quickest way to reach us from there is by taxi or the bus that serves that route.

There are many activities to do with the family in the area around Color King Marte.

One of the most exciting is a beautiful walk on the Bassona beach, inside the Foce del Bevano Nature Reserve.

A reservation is considered confirmed if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount, to be sent within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the quote or any ongoing promotions.

Yes, of course, it is possible to cancel a reservation.

Following the booking, a 30% deposit is required to be sent within 7 days:

- in case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the amount paid will be fully refunded;

- in case of cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the scheduled arrival, a voucher will be issued which can be used within 1 year from the date of issue at all Color Holiday properties and is transferable to third parties;

- If the cancellation is communicated within the last 14 days before arrival, the entire amount paid will be retained.

30% of the amount paid will always be subject to the cancellation policies of the COLOR HOLIDAY GUARANTEE.
Depending on when the cancellation is made, the payment will either be refunded via bank transfer, a voucher will be issued, or the amount will be retained. The remaining balance will always be refunded via bank transfer, even if the cancellation is made just a few days before arrival.

Here is Color King Marte’s policy regarding early departures:

- for stays of 1 to 3 nights, payment for 3 nights at the non-discounted rate will be required;

- for stays of 3 to 5 nights, payment will be required only for the nights actually stayed at the non-discounted rate;

- for stays of 6 nights or more, the discounted total for the nights actually stayed will be calculated;

- in the event of serious illness or bereavement (subject to presentation of a medical certificate), payment will be required only for the nights actually stayed, whilst any discounts or special offers applied at the time of booking will remain unchanged (based on the daily rate).

At the Color King Marte, 1 or 2 children up to 18 years old are free, sharing a room with 2 paying adults.

Your stay can be paid for by bank transfer or directly at the property using cash, debit card, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Yes, it is possible to pay in installments.

Scalapay lets you purchase your vacation and pay for it in 3 or 4 convenient installments of the same amount, interest-free.

You can pay both the deposit and the full balance in installments. Let us know your preference when booking, and we'll send you a dedicated email with all the instructions.

HeyLight lets you purchase your vacation and pay the balance in convenient installments: from 3 to 12 depending on the cost of your stay.
